The use cases for Plone are almost limitless, but career/recruiting websites are something almost all organizations need at some point, including for private businesses, NGOs or governmental agencies.
In this talk I will give an array of case studies, examining multiple career/recruiting websites I have implemented in recent years.
Even though the end goal of convincing employees to join an organization is similar for all organizations, the projects had quite different requirements in detail. I will present the differing requirements from a wide range of projects, technical and general, and give some insight into how potential challenges were approached and finally solved.
