Astrid stepped into her current role at Juizi (the company that Johan and Astrid founded in 1996) in 2009. She has qualifications in various fields, including food science (MSc), bookkeeping, marketing, and wine evaluation (WSET Level 3). When she’s not in the office creating some level of order, she can often be seen around town on her bicycle or going for long walks in nature, preferably with family and friends.
